Shipping & Returns
After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Please allow 4-6 days for shipping.
We will notify you via email as soon as your order is on its way to you. If you would like a tracking number please notify us via email, and we will provide you with one right away!
Returns and Exchanges:
We offer 30-day returns and exchanges on any items after purchase, please read the terms of your offer carefully to ensure you are happy with what you are paying for. Please note: Used make up products and any topical cosmetics are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Disputes and Chargebacks:
By making a purchase on this website you agree to not file a chargeback or a dispute for any reason within 30 business days of making a purchase. You agree to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve any payment issues you many encounter with us and you agree to wait 30 business days before contacting your bank, payment transaction processor or payment gateway to file a chargeback or a dispute.
You agree to be liable for damages and business losses due to chargebacks or disputes made by you within 30 business days of your purchase, and you also agree to appear in small claims court and be liable for our attorney's fees. If your order or products fail to arrive and you have evidence that you've reached us via the email mentioned above, and we did not get back to you or help you with a return or refund request within 30 business days of your purchase, you may file a chargeback with no liability.

Please be advised that if you do ship your return or exchange back without communicating with one of our customer service representatives, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to our warehouse in the condition it was received in.
All return shipping labels include a tracking number which will notify you (and us!) when your return is received. If we do not receive your return, no refund or exchange will be granted.
